ACZ Consulting Ltd ("ACZ", "we", "us") is a business consulting and services firm registered in Nicosia, Cyprus. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
2. What data we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, the service you're enquiring about, and any message you send us. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics that identify individual visitors on this site.
3. Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the information or quote you've requested
- To open a client file and provide our services, if you go on to engage us
- To meet our own legal and regulatory obligations, including under Cyprus Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) requirements, where a service engagement proceeds
4. Legal basis
We process enquiry data on the basis of your consent (by submitting the form) and, where you become a client, on the basis of the contract between us and our legal obligations as a regulated professional services provider in Cyprus.
5. How long we keep it
Personal data included in an offer or enquiry that does not lead to a cooperation agreement is kept for 12 months, then deleted. Client records are retained in line with Cyprus statutory and AML record-keeping requirements, which can require retention for a number of years after a professional relationship ends.
6. Sharing your data
We do not sell or rent personal data. We may share data with regulatory or government authorities (e.g. the Cyprus Registrar of Companies, Tax Department) where required to deliver a service you've instructed us on, or where legally obliged to.
